I kind of question people that do them. Primarily it is their mind set that I question. Do they truly believe I give a toss about what they had for dinner or their deepest feelings about the latest goings on in eastenders, or worse, Emerdale? On the other hand, I have read a couple of blogs that I have actually enjoyed. I would put the links here but I read most of them while at work to try to overcome the extreme feelings of monotony and so now that I have left said work place, I have lost my links to them. I have also found that some blogs can be a great source of up to date news. My evidence for this is Engadget. I know it is very geeky to read a blog about technology but it does mean I can keep up to date with what's going on with having to trawl through hundreds of webpages.

Perhaps this is a dilemma you also struggle with, something that seems stupid, irritating and facile, while also being something you tend to use and enjoy. An example of this is x factor. Horrible show but the occasional freak during the audition process is essential viewing.

I shall conclude my first post by recognising the total hypocritical nature of this post. I see it as a type of immersive therapy, my equiviant of an aracnaphobe kissing a spider.

Well if I can ever think of something witty, I shall post again.
